Compliance Program Management

A course for freshman participants and alumni of the Compliance Management, Compliance Management Combination, and Compliance Program Management courses. This course focuses on elements, constituents, laws and other guiding standards, and policies of compliance programs versus developing management and leadership skills. It will review the basic requirements of a compliance management program, EPA policies, program elements and their components, what works, what doesn’t, different ways of doing business, and developing an agenda for future change.
