Structural Issues

Returning for a third year, this course will focus on a segment of the regulated industry that impacts people where they live and creates significant compliance problems in many states. The course curriculum will attempt a balance between wood destroying organisms and other structural pests that invade buildings. It will also look at legislative and regulatory remedies to structural problems.
