Senior Executive Program Management Course

This 2006 pilot course will test a 3-day format and will be targeted to senior managers within States/Tribes. The intended audience will be senior officials who are responsible for multiple programs areas. The focus will be on management issues, supervision, strategic planning, MOAs, grants, measures, ethics, etc. Helping managers maintain efficiency with dwindling resources, promoting teamwork and focusing on results will also be covered.
