Compliance PREP courses have been a mainstay for many years. This class is intended for State/Tribal managers of enforcement/compliance programs. Central to this year’s course will be measures and reporting of field activities. We will also focus on field implementation of Endangered Species and Container/Containment programs. Compliance technology will also be covered, focusing on the sharing of hi-tech innovations (current and future) being used and considered by regulatory agencies. We will be covering the current compliance /enforcement issues being faced by States/Tribes/Regions and how violations are being addressed.
