Senior Executive Program Management Course

This is the second time for this course following last year’s very successful pilot. We will continue with the 3-day format and will target to senior managers within States/Tribes who have responsibilities for multiple program areas. We will focus on understanding other program areas in EPA (Air/Water/Waste/Toxics) and how they impact FIFRA programs at State & Federal level. Strategic planning, performance measures, ethics and an open conversation on State/Tribal/EPA relationships and expectations will also be covered.
