Revisiting this course after a two-year break. Focus will be on the process for registering and reregistering pesticides at OPP with complimentary emphasis on the State registrations. Also included is the impact of PRIA, e-labeling, labeling accountability/enforceability, registration review, Sec 18 and 24c, use of Label Review Manual, nanotechnology, a case study on a state registration, using state tools to impact labeling, and more.
