Compliance Program Management

Compliance PREP courses have been a mainstay for many years. This class is intended for State/Tribal managers of enforcement/compliance programs. Central to this year’s course could be topics such as behavioral considerations of violators (e.g., theory of deterrence), issues related to total release foggers, and pesticide container/containment inspection issues. Compliance technology will also be covered, focusing on the sharing of hi-tech innovations (current and future) being used and considered by regulatory agencies.
