WAS THE AGENDA FOR THIS COURSE ADEQUATE AND DID IT MEET YOUR EXPECTATION

bullet Yes, the agenda met my expectations. We were able to gain momentum on issues that were stagnant. Gain trust. How to deal with tough situations.
bullet The section on “Handling Conflict” was helpful but the information could have been supplied in a one hour session.
bullet Yes.
bullet It was a productive training session; it was beyond expectations.
bullet Exceeded my expectations, although I wasn’t sure what to expect. J
bullet Yes, and it exceeded my expectations.
bullet Yes, very informative speakers and presentations. Brought out different views to changes, people, performances, and knowledge perceived.
bullet Yes—very good!
bullet Exceeded, Harry’s course was a little too much for me. Pam had to deliver news and future expectations, although not so well received. Alvin—two thumbs up. Margaret—great break down and encouragement.
bullet Since it was my first time, I felt that it was good and informative.
bullet The agenda was well-structured and I was happy to learn things that will not only help me in my job but in my personal life. Even better is that I can share the info Mr. Chun had presented with my co-workers.
bullet Completely adequate—lots of valuable and informative information.
bullet Yes, very adequate.
bullet This was more than I expected, it exceeded my expectations.

WHAT COULD THE PREP PLANNERS HAVE DONE TO MAKE THIS COURSE MORE USEFUL TO YOU?

bullet Should be more information from EPA headquarters.
bullet Vegetarian meal options. Improve on synergistic networking—it’s all really great, collaboration is so important. Off campus field trips.
bullet More Native speakers because there are issues that occur on reservations that the State and Federal programs do not have to experience.
bullet Give PREP stimulus dollars to those that are on time to give incentive to be on time. Each day sit by someone else so that you met more people. Perhaps more interactive icebreakers throughout the session.
bullet I am not exactly sure what was missing or what should have been included. Overall, the session was very good.
bullet Include pesticide in water issues, not just inspections, compliance, etc. More info on funding opportunities involving pesticides (more in depth). Bioaccumulative/Biomagnification effects of pesticides in wildlife species. Health effects of pesticides on human populations.
bullet It was great!
bullet None, this should be offered to others.
bullet All was very good!
bullet N/A but the TPPC members brought optimism and assurance for goals.
bullet I currently do not have any suggestions at this time. With this training I was in the listening mode, this being my first Prep.
bullet No additions.
bullet Nothing.
bullet For this, I think it was just right.

IF THIS COURSE WAS TO BE HELD AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, CAN YOU SUGGEST FACULTY WHO COULD SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE THE AGENDA?

bullet EPA Regional Reps. be available to network with and share data
bullet More on the pesticides 101 series. Find more Alvin’s in the world.
bullet An entomologist or botanist to explain the chemical process involved when using the pesticide.
bullet More in-depth on the 1PM session. It just was too general. Include start up cost.
bullet Suzanne and Rose did a terrific job of putting the training together.
bullet Not familiar with anyone related specifically to pesticides that I could refer.
bullet Not at the moment.
bullet Not clear on this question. I feel that project officers, managers, and administrative personal could benefit from attending this class so they can understand what was presented.
bullet Can’t think of any at this moment.
bullet Not at this time.
bullet At this time, no.

ANY ADDITIONAL COMMENTS?

bullet There should be a Tribal PREP course every year with topics that relate to TRIBE needs, issues, and services!

bullet Facilities and accommodations were outstanding. Training gave tribal personal new skills to use in dealing with conflicts on the job!
bullet Very good course. Plenty of ideas to use and make us more prepared to do our jobs. Helped clarify our roles.

bullet Excellent, very exciting and informative.

bullet Why wasn’t graduation dinner at a restaurant like other PREP courses?
bullet Continuing this course for tribal leadership will help them better understand what we do.
